How do I wash my waterproof blanket?
Wash your waterproof blanket on a cool or cold temperature setting. The blanket has three layers and the middle layer, a TPU liner, will slowly breakdown washing with hot or warm water.
When drying tumble dry on low or no heat. You can also hang to dry!
If you find yourself with a stain like as blood, wine or another bodily fluid, use a stain remover spray and soak for 3 - 5 minutes before adding it in the wash.
P.S. Our darker colors wont show stains!

How does the waterproof blanket work?
The blanket is composed of 3 unique layers.
- Soft plush sherpa
- Waterproof TPU liner
- Soft Flannel
The middle layer stops the water from soaking through while the other two layers provide comfort and slight absorption.

What is the "TPU" liner?
Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), makes the blanket waterproof. TPU is a non-toxic, BPA-free and a 100% food-grade safe material that does not contain any chemicals that interfere with the endocrine or hormone system. This material is commonly used in medical applications.

Will my blanket stain?
Our blankets are stain resistant to a certain point. If you find yourself with a stain like as blood, wine, coconut oil or another bodily fluid, use a stain remover spray and soak for 3 - 5 minutes before adding it in the wash.
